Terms of service
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply when you order a launch film from Film my site. Please read them before you order. If anything is unclear, ask us through our contact page.
1. Who we are
Film my site is a service run by Kenn Jordan, trading as ElmsPark, The Rock Lane, Scullaboge, Newbawn, Wexford, Y35 D984, Ireland. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean us, and “you” means the person or business ordering a film.
Contact: our contact page, or by post at the address above.
2. What we make
We make a short launch film, normally 30 to 60 seconds, from one page of a website that you name. The film uses the words, colours, fonts and images on that page, with music, sound effects and a voice. What each package includes is set out on our prices section and in section 5.
Every claim in the film comes word for word from your page. We do not add claims, figures or promises that are not on it.
The film is made with AI tools (for example the voice and music are generated) and is directed and checked by a person before delivery.
3. How ordering works
- You request a film through the order form, naming the page, your package and where the film will play.
- You show the website is yours. We email a code to an address at the website’s domain, or ask you to place a short code on the page.
- We check the page can make a good film. If it cannot (for example because the page has too little text that we can read), we tell you and nothing is charged.
- You pay. We send you a secure payment link. A contract between us is formed when your payment is received.
- We make and deliver your film by email, as MP4 files, within five working days of payment, unless we agree a different date with you.
4. Your responsibilities
When you order, you confirm that:
- the website is yours, or you have permission from its owner to have a film made from it;
- you have the right for us to use the words, images, logos and other material on the page to make the film;
- the content of the page is lawful and does not mislead.
You are responsible for the claims on your page and therefore in the film, and for how and where you publish the film. Some platforms ask you to label content made with AI; please follow their rules.
We may refuse an order, before payment, for any lawful reason, including pages about adult content, gambling, weapons, medical or financial claims, or anything we believe is unlawful or harmful.
5. Packages, changes and delivery
- Film: one film in one format, checked by a person before delivery.
- Launch pack: wide (16:9) and vertical (9:16) versions, a YouTube title, description and thumbnail, and one round of changes.
- Studio: everything in Launch pack, any extra formats, a choice of voice and music style, and two rounds of changes.
A round of changes covers the order of the wording, pacing, the voice and the music. The words themselves always come from your page. Changing the source page and asking for a new film is a new order.
We will tell you as soon as possible if a delivery will be late. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of payment, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, pounds sterling or euros, and include VAT where it applies. You pay the price shown when you ordered. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you normally have 14 days from the contract being formed to cancel a service bought online.
Because each film is made to your instructions, at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want us to start work straight away, and that you understand you will lose the right to cancel once the film has been delivered. If you cancel after we have started but before delivery, we may keep a proportionate amount for the work done. Our refund policy sets this out in full.
This does not affect your legal rights if the film is faulty or not as described.
8. Ownership and use of the film
Once you have paid in full, the finished film is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including on monetised channels and in paid advertising. The music, sound effects and voice are generated for your film under our commercial licence, which allows that use.
Your page’s content stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to make your film.
We may keep a copy of the film and its working files to provide changes and support. We will not publish your film or use it to promote our service without your permission.
9. Our liability
We take reasonable care and skill in making your film. If it is faulty or not as described, we will fix it, or, if we cannot, refund you.
Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profits, sales or opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Your information
How we use your information is explained in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you ordered apply to that order.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please tell us first through our contact page; we will reply within five working days.
